I'm still staying away from the scale today. At least for another day.

I have been weighing myself about once a week now to make sure I am on track with this app I'm using to help slowly gain weight until I meet my goal.

I am now around 118 and holding steady. My first goal will be 120... but will see how things go/look once I gain muscle over time, as we are weight-lifting three times a week, and I'm going up in weights very slowly to not injure myself lol so most of my weight gain is probably fat more than muscle for now.

That sounds like a very normal fluctuation. It can actually be higher than that depending on many variables, so if you are within 5 of your goal, then you may technically be at goal lol

I'm back on target this morning.

I'm surprised I am still on target this morning.

I am 3 under! This stomach issue really did a number on my appetite.

True but thats not the best way. I am still 3 under this morning.

I'm still 2 under this morning but the weekend is almost here and I am sure that will change.
