Too bad I hate perfumes lol my boyfriend is the same. SIGH... I have chamomile before bed, and it makes me feel relaxed.. I don't even feel stressed... but yet I keep waking up stressed for no reason :-(
I don't do scents, other than in my vanilla bubble bath.
Two dreams last night. The first was an unpleasant dream involving me and my dad. The dream was not very significant, but it was nice to see him again.
The other dream was weird, I was back in my old job in management, and I was naked.
It was not TOO silly though, as I knew I was not patient facing, I could do it, and just put clothes on when I met patients. My under managers and all my management support staff knew I was naked, they were clothed, but no-one made anything of it, and the day just went normally enough. Almost boring really.

Hails, is that you? When I have a bad dream I try to stay awake for awhile, but whenever I have a good one I try to get back to sleep and recapture it.

As far as I know we're naked in our dreams when we're not self-confident enough, but if you didn't feel strange or ashamed in your dream I can't even imagine what can that mean... Maybe it has the reverse meaning, like you're confident too much, that you even can walk naked in front of your colleagues without feeling awkward...

I know that when I have a dream after I already got up, usually those are morning dreams, they are most likely bad dreams and I shouldn't pay attention to them, but sometimes I just have such a bad feeling after waking up, so I just understand that dream meant something that's not good.
My last one of such a kind was really strange. At first I saw one of my exes, spending time with me, DH and some of my friends (he actually met them only once so that's not a possible situations from the past) at my mom's flat in my hometown. We all we're drinking something and having fun and then something bad happened and I just didn't understand what was that, but I knew I have to go to my grandparent's house (the already moved from that house to another city) and when I came closer to that building I felt like some of my teeth are shaking, and I spit them off...
There was some blood and I know such a dream mean soon death of close person or a relative, but I have implants on the place of those teeth I'd lost in my dream and everyone I can think about as relatives and friends are quite healthy so I really hope nothing bad is going to happen, but that dream made me call almost everyone I know asking how are they...
The only person I didn't call was that ex, who appeared in my dream, but of course I won't call him... I would, but I think he won't get it right if I call to ask him how is he doing...
You do take these dreams seriously, Mary. I am not certain that they cannot be "messages" but I tend to believe that it is the mind simply tidying up as we go along, putting thoughts into their correct boxes so to speak. However we are not perfect, and sometimes it gets the tidying up wrong, that is when strange dreams appear.
I was trying to sell one ladybug, and someone offered me $2k for it, so I said.. OKAY!! Then I tried to figure out how to send it to them, so I was looking through some of my food containers and planned on poking holes in them, but I didn't want to waste them.. then I told myself that I can buy new ones with the money, so it's okay lol
Then I skipped to another part of my dream.. where I unlocked an achievement for drinking two different drinks in a certain order... and my boyfriend said he had unlocked it already, and I was like.. "oh yeah, that was 5 years ago."
Then there was another part where we went to Andrew's dad's house.. my dream version of his house.. and he had a mini fuzzy, llama farm.. but someone had killed one of them! I was hiding in the woods and saw Hannibal Lector leaving with his plastic suit on (which means he did something bad).. so he's the one who killed the llama. Why? I have no idea.

Dreams are weird. Two nights ago I dreamed that a friend and I were at a restaurant when she motioned to a guy at the next table. She said "Do you see him slurbing his drink?" I looked up "slurbing" and it's a sexual thing. Perhaps she meant that he was sipping in a very sexual way!
Does anyone get those aahhhmazing sleep-gasms? I get them somewhat frequently. I haven't figured out a pattern to them. Usually it's thanks to a naughty dream, though.
Dreams are always my way of staying "sane." I'm always having some kind of adventure. Unfortunately, though, a lot of people die in my dreams too. My friend jokingly said the other day that I should start a "death diary" and keep track of my kill-dreams lol. It's kind of funny in hindsight, but I wake up pretty disturbed that morning.

I think I had a sleep-gasm only once, being a teen. But I'd really like few of them to come)))
What about death as far as I know it for a good, long and healthy life of the one, who's dying in a dream. But I also remember a situation when my neighbour (she was 15 then and I was 17, we were good friends) had a dream of her mum dying. In few days, 37 years old healthy woman, her mum, died because she slipped on ice the day before that and slightly hit her head. Slightly enough to not even go to a hospital or call a doctor, but that hit caused a thrombus in her head.
One of my favourite authors, M.Bulgakov wrote: "Yes, people are mortal, but what is more important people are accidentally mortal." I think that woman is a sad, but perfect example for this...
Sorry this post came out so scary.... I just wanted to say since that I don't believe the dream's explanation only, I prefer to listen to myself. If I don't feel anything unusual after waking up, then there weren't any messages for me in that dream. But sometimes I feel really good or anxious instead, then I start to get deep into the dream I had.

That's interesting... You've heard a new for you word in your dream? I think this has to mean something, especially including the fact you still remembered that word after waking up.
Oh, and Heather's dream sound just like something I usually see in my dreams and can hardly remember then...

So two nights ago I had a dream my boyfriend and I were at one of his friend's houses. It was another fake, dream house that doesn't exist. Anyway, his friend's girlfriend was talking about how something was inside of the wall.. she could hear something in the wall. So, they started to tear it apart, only to find nothing in it. Then my boyfriend and I glanced at each other.. and I was saying how I might imagine things in my sleep sometimes, but she must be on drugs to be imagining things while awake. (in real life, she has a history of drug abuse)
Then last night... I had a dream that my boyfriend was trying to propose to me. A lot of family and friends were inside of my parent's house (which is small), so it was overcrowded. Everyone was trying to film/take pictures of it.. and I was just in shock... but it's funny, it didn't actually happen. He just kept leading me around to do different things, and to drink wine and things, but never actually asked.

Nope, I never dissected anything in school. I've dissected wasps and things at home... so I could view it under a microscope with my science kit at home lol
