I miss those flying dreams I used to have... It was amazing to fly at night, looking at your favourite streets, full of lights...
I don't have those dreams any more. You're lucky you still have them, enjoy it!
I heard we have flying dreams when we are growing, but I don't think so as my last one of such a kind I had about a year ago.
Wowzer! You're the first person I've known to have flying dreams other than me Mary. My shrink friend told me I was trying to escape from something. That does sound reasonable, but I was pretty young, like 6 or 8 maybe.
I think it can tell you about some betrayal... Be attentive...
No scientific investigations, monster dreams are actually the ones I know the meaning of for sure. And I don't know if this works for someone else, it can be only my thing. My grandmother sees so her old colleague in her dreams before she gets sick, I see monsters, maybe someone sees butterflies)))
When my health issues are worse, I have more night terrors where I see bugs and spiders in my room. Fun stuff..
Lately, I have been waking up to check on my boyfriend.. I keep making sure he is still alive. It's really messing with both of our sleep, but I don't know how to make it stop.
This all started after our dog kept passing out after trying to vomit a few months back.. now I guess I'm paranoid all the time and can't sleep! But kind of odd to check on my boyfriend instead of our dog... I guess it's because he's close by.. easier to check.. lol and my mind isn't sensible when I awaken in that manner.
Too bad I hate perfumes lol my boyfriend is the same. SIGH... I have chamomile before bed, and it makes me feel relaxed.. I don't even feel stressed... but yet I keep waking up stressed for no reason :-(
Nope, I don't like scented anything really because I'm sensitive to smells. There are some incenses I have kind of liked, but not enough to want to light any. Everything is just too strong for me... gives me headaches.
Finding extremely mild scents is difficult... because I do like the smell of a lot of things, but all those candles and sprays are the strong versions of everything it seems.
I can't lucid dream.. I wake up whenever I'm about to. My mind becomes too alert to remain asleep when I start taking control of my dreams.. lol I can usually wake myself up if I don't like my dream.... but every now and then I am trapped in my dream, and I become pretty freaked out about not being able to wake up.
