Hello im a newby here. I've just joined my name is Sarah I live in West Sussex in the UK and I'm 49 years old.
Hobbies include shopping and walking and I like watching old comedy dvds and listening to cds .
I like riding my bike as well.and like doing word search puzzles I like looking around the shops especially at Christmas time.
I've not been at work for a while because I've not been well.But hope to be back at work this year.
Hope to make some new friends on this forum and chat with other women about various topics.

Hey, my mother named me.

I am named after my "granny muppet", Apparently it always skips a generation, so my daughter is not called muppet, but her daughter will be.

You didn't believe that though........

You may call me Cherry instead if you like.

Or if, like Jen, you are lazy on the keyboard, cher is fine too. But pronounced as the fruit, rather than the singer.

I moved out of Hastings, way back, and am now in Barnsley, near Yorkshire. I am scots by birth though, and would certainly fail Norman Tebbit's cricket team test as an englishwoman.

But, yeh, I am always up for a chat.........

I really liked Hastings a lot, it was the locals I wasn't too fussy on. They lacked warmth, they didn't like people much in general tbh. I do have some fond memories of the place though. But in 5 years there I never made a single friend outside of work. I move to Barnsley and I do ok for friends.

Not really a soap watcher, sorry.

I tend to watch films mostly.
