We had a good time, nothing particularly exciting or novel, but it was relatively relaxing, and nice to look back on. My daughter made the cake and it was lovely, I will post a pic of it later.

We call the one who brings presents on New Year "Ded Moroz" (Grandfather Frost), but we also celebrate Saint Nicolas day on December 19th. He puts presents under the pillow, usually just candies. As my little one is too small for candies I crocheted him a sweater this year. And I bought some chocolate for DH)
As I was nice this year I found a box of Rafaello under my pillow on the 19th)
Saint Nicolas is the Saint, working wonders in our religion. I think he's our Santa)))
So Santa comes to us too, just another day...
And at Chrismas Eve children should go to their godparents' house, bringing sweet rice, called "kutya" with them to get there presents.

My Christmas was good. We drank chocolate wine. It's red wine with a hint of dark chocolate.. mostly a lingering chocolate taste.
My boyfriend and I ran out for two pints of ice cream at night, too... yum lol we got a three truffle ice cream (truffles with marshmallow, chocolate, and caramel inside) and Phish Food.
So, if you share an Amazon account with someone... and you buy them a Christmas gift on there..... it really sucks! My boyfriend spoiled his present by looking on there because he wanted to see when things he ordered were going to arrive >_< Now it's not a surprise present anymore lol
Hmmmm! I don't have any shared accounts. And with my snoopy sisters around, rifling through everything I own, no way.
It's amazing how I see them wearing one of my tops, and totally claiming they bought it.
My younger sister, which I am 6 years older than, can no longer steal my skinny jeans bc they don't fit her anymore.
Serves her right for having bigger boobs than I, even when she was 13.

Come on! Who is old here! I've just seen the dress you've posted in the "The clothes and shoes thread", so I can say for sure you're way from being old!!!

I totally agree with Shell! My mum is quite young but she'd never wear anything like that as for a pity she doesn't feel young any more...
Are you familiar with the expression "Mutton dressed as lamb" over there?
We don't have such an expression, but I know what you mean, still I don't think it's about you. The dresses you post don't look vulgar or something, they're just fabulous, as for me there are no special age groups for them.
