my OH had teeth out at the beg. of the year
he used to have lovely teeth till one broke and it went down hill from there, his oral health atm is shocking!!
so he went to the dentist and was told his back teeth are rotting and weak, he needs them all out (apart from one or 2)
so they took some out and said he needs to come back soon for more out..
he says he is still in pain, like tooth ache, but there is no teeth there, just gum, he also says he can feel shards of tooth in his gum where teeth were removed?
he has gingivitis (gum disease)
it was a dental practice where they have just qualified or on the verge of
i know the best thing to do is go back, but hes a typical bloke, anything medical or dental he brushes it under the carpet and 'gets on'
im trying to persuade him to go back, so in the mean time anyone any ideas what the pain could be? the gum disease? the rist that shards of tooth might still be there? or something different?
