do you open your spam whether or not you recognise the email?
do you open a email that you dont recognise the sender or the message?
my OH grandad once told me to NEVER open a email unless im at least 90% sure who the sender is, apparently its how they can access your cookies, and if you use internet banking for example, there are ways to get onto it by using your cookies. im not sure how true this is, or how much ive actually made up myself. But it does get me thinking.. but im just far too nosey i like to see what it says haha

I don't open spam because it's usually very obvious spam. You know, things about viagra or girls in my area, etc. No need for me to check them.

I just delete emails without checking them quite often. If I don't recognize it, and the heading isn't anything that interests me, then I delete right away.

My spam filter is set on medium, so I do get some stuff.

Like when I bought my car 2 years ago I hunted all over the internet.

Got spam, and sidebars forever.

But I was diligent, and "report as spam" every single one of them.

They eventually stopped.

Only to be replaced by Lonely Lovers Looking.

I got one spam that had my exact birth date, and some other personal stuff
that wanted $300 to remove it from some list.

I of course refused and it does come back once in awhile.

I really think this was from FB where I foolishly posted all
this info, pics, schools, friends, etc.

Never again.
