So you will remember me telling you all my quad was stolen out of my garden about 4 month ago..
we currently have OHs friends Subaru parked outside our house, its there because my OH is helping him fix it up etc.
while its been parked up they had removed the gear stick, the steering wheel and something else that you need in order to drive it, hey finally got it fixed at the weekend and it was finally running agian. well last night someone has tried to pinch it. the door lock is buggered and they have also broke the ignition barrell trying to get it to start, one simple reason why it didnt start, but they didnt know that, had they known, it probably wouldnt be outside my house still now, but my question is, what lunatic tries to steal a car you can hear from half a mile away? second question, why try steal a car you dont know how to steal? and lastly why do it right outside the house its parked at on a busy street that is also near a main road!!
im so mad, first the quad then the car, what next? do i really need to feel unsafe in my own home just because people decide to steal things instead of using their own money buy what they want. im not sure if its the same people who took the quad, i dont know if its someone whos been watching, just walked past, knows us, knows people we know or if it was just something else. there is alot of sh*t going on atm in my area, there are a family of Asians who have a big family feud going on atm, they are burning out each other cars, driving cars into each others owned properties, fighting, robbing, threatening etc. the police have told my bosses brother in law that this family are stealing powerful cars to use them to drive into houses, they want powerful ones to do more damage, now this could be related, or it could be a coincidence. who knows!!
i guess unless police find finger prints at all, just like the quad.. we may never know!!
