Sorry Bea....for the arms pushups are the best. But listen...fit them in...while cooking...take a few steps back from the counter and do a modified pushup or two.
Do you live in a place with stairs? Take them 2 at a time for the quads.

i do have stairs so maybe i will start doing that, and sit ups for tummy?

i wouldnt mind my OH has a multi gym but it was up in the garden, as it wasnt being used he took it down, now i wish he hadnt of
