Hopefully it comes out as mentioned, but with my luck it will not work! lol
My previous method has just to throw it on a pan into the oven and cook it for 30 minutes (after other methods didn't work, this was my simple go-to)... it comes out pretty well that way, but it usually has some mildly overcooked parts on the outside, so that is why I have decided to try something new yet again :-)

I like chicken wings baked with French mustard, soy sauce and honey. They are great cooked like this, but I mostly eat steamed food to get rid of my extra weight, so this is the recipe for special occasions only and chicken breasts can be cooked like this too I think, but I never tried, I think I should try it.

im not sure whether you are asking for ways to cook, or recipes.. i never eat plain chicken breasts so i cant really help on how to cook them as such, but i make phili chicken. my dad once saw a advert and did his own take on it, you take a breast, stuff it with your chosen Philadelphia (plain doesnt seem to work well, it like curdles) wrap in bacon a little phili on top then cheese and cook in the oven at 200c for about half an hour depending on the size, but the thing that worries alot of people, because its wrapped in bacon it does stay pink, i once made it for OH sister and she point blank refused to eat it bcos it was pink, she thought we were trying to poison her, its just because of the bacon..
anyway after my dad made this and told a few people it was then on a TV advert, i told him he should have claimed rights for it haha!!
When life hands you lemons, make grape juice then sit back and watch as the world wonders how you did it.
