When i say coffee, i just mean the instant stuff in a jar and tea i mean just tea bags.
coffee; one spoon coffee granules, 3 sugars, water, stir, milk, stir! or (because i have a hot water dispenser not a kettle) water, coffee, sugar, stir, milk, stir
when i was pregnant i made coffee with warm milk only, yumm
tea; tea bag, sugar, water, leave for couple mins, stir, squeeze out tea bag, stir, milk, stir
my mum demands her coffee be made with milk before water, apparently putting water straight onto coffee burns it.. i wont not drink a tea or coffeeif it was made a different way to how i do, i just prefer to make it that way
so, how do you do yours?

Your mum has got it a litle wrong. The idea is that you don't pour hot tea or coffee onto cold milk.
So if you put the hot drink into the cup, it loses a little heat, thus when you add the milk it will not get "burned"
I have coffee, no sugar and about a teaspoon of milk. Green tea with no milk or sugar.
I hate coffee made from milk. It sticks to your mouth, your tongue, then all the way down ewwwwww
this has confused me a little?
so for example, i have a tea pot pull of hot tea, i have a cup with a little cold milk in, i shouldnt pour the tea into the cup of milk? why not?
the way i make a tea or coffee stops it 'burning'?

Traditionally, it is proper manners to pour milk into tea. The tea marketing board agree, but say it probably tastes better to pout tea into milk as it mixes better.
But in polite circles, you will be called an old fashioned name - a MILF ie MILk in First

I don't really drink coffee, but usually I like it with more milk than actual coffee. That way it's more of a coffee flavored milk drink lol and I like it with a good bit of sugar. Not sure amounts.. it has been a long time.
As for tea... depends a little.
If using the stove, then I heat up water, then I will either add the tea bag before or after I pour the water (doesn't matter), then I add sugar or honey to taste.
If I use a microwave, then I heat up the water, then I add the tea bag. I do not microwave it with the tea bag in the cup.
Sometimes I add milk, depending on what type of tea or flavor it is. I recently bought one with a caramel/coffee type flavor to it that I plan on adding milk to, yum!
im so not posh enough to make a tea or coffee on the cooker, then again im not posh enough to call it a stove HAHA

I was out of work for a time and I roasted my own coffee beans. And damn! That was some good coffee!! And yes I add almond milk to coffee but not to my tea.
i have had some proper coffee, well idk if it was proper coffee but it wasnt instant, but also wasnt straight from the bean. (i dont really know what im talking about in all fairness) it was a irish whisky one, i had milk with it although my OH says you never add milk to 'proper' coffee..
speaking of 'proper coffee' my OH grandad is like so against instant coffee, but its easy and nice so thats what i drink, he has a tassimo machine thing so when i go to make a coffee he moans that i should use that instead of instant crap. but the thing is, the coffee for his tassimo is Kenco, what instant coffee do i drink? Kenco.. whats the difference? they are both instant one is just made with a spoon, the other a machine haha

If you can't tell the difference what is the point? LOL
I am the same with hifi's. Mine is good enough, and nowhere near top standard, but it plays my music sufficiently that I can bop, or sing along or enjoy it in the background.
I have friends who sit still just listening to the music, and for them, spending a grand or so is probably a good idea, but it would be just more money spent than was needed for my uses.
well there is no difference, its just instant coffee for a tassimo machine haha!!

i always boil fresh water, also always let the tea bag brew for about 5 mins, milk always last even if i make it in a pot, that way i wont put too much milk in the cup ruining the tea all together!!!
i drink a builders brew with a tea bag.. you? chocolate digestive for dunking
the best tea is NOT made by someone else, i only like my own tea or coffee no one makes my tea or coffee right
