Anyone have any?

i dont drink often, i like to have a drink but i dont usually drink to get drunk, but on saturday i went to bingo, and ended up drunk!!

whats your hangover cures?

when im hungover i just feel sick, cant stomach anything other than water and even that makes me feel sick, yesterday the first food i managed was a banana.
a joint usually helps but it didnt much yesterday

Hangovers are caused by brain dehydration.

Aspirin helps as it increases the takeup of water. Drinking water also helps. The best thing to do though, is to drink as much water as you can before going to sleep.

Bananas can help by improving the serotonin level, apparently.

i wasnt intending to get as drunk as i was, i mean one min i had one bottle of wine (well half bcos i shared it) and i was fine, i went to the bar for another, and i was fine then, i think it was as soon as i walked out that it hit me!!!

i do always promise my self ill drink water in between drinks, but i never do, then i was sick and just collapsed in bed so i wasnt thinking about anything let alone water lol, but the banana the day after made me feel a little better.

i never used to get hangover, now its a killer!! its just not worth it sometimes

I was out on a hen night, many years ago and I got seriously drunk, I was vomiting all the way home and again in the mornings. I have never been so drunk since.

The worst I got was consoling a friend whose husband was playing around, and she brought four bottles of wine round for three of us.

That was enough to make me sleep on the couch. lol

I am usually the nominated driver, so I behave.

old joke: What's the best thing for a hangover?

2 bottles of cheap red wine.

its very rare i drink, like i say i do like a drink like the odd glass of wine, but i never drink at home to get drunk, before i was 18 i used to drink with family and family friends, and thats he way i like it, i learnt that friends can soon turn and things get nasty, ive never had that but i once went to a house party, as the night went on they all decided to go out to a night club, i was about 16 at the time and looked about 12, i knew i wouldnt get in and i knew that if i didnt no one would come home with me, i was about half hour drive from home so i wasnt risking it.
then when i turned 18 i still never got pissed when out, actually i did once, but not where i didnt know what i was doing, i was always just a little drunk, i have only been drunk 2ce in the space of a year, at christmas and then on saturday but i dont even think i was as drunk at xmas as i was on sat, i think its just wine, i cant handle it lol

I always drink plenty of water if I am having alcohol. Sometimes I will drink water while drinking alcohol lol mostly if it's liquor.. if it's wine then I wait until I am done to start drinking my water. Don't want a watery tasting wine!

mine are just a achey, groggy sicky feeling, sometimes i do get headache but not always

I usually will have my wine, but at home.

three glasses is an absolute limit for me.

We went to McDonalds and asked how much it would cost to fill our

trunk with fries.

ive never done anything worth telling when ive been high, the first time i had a joint i went back to my mates with munchies and made a jam sandwich, i used one slice of bread and folded it in half, i then put it on the table and sat down, next thing i woke up with my head in the sandwich, i had fallen asleep and the bread had opened up i woke up when my head landed down, my friend still never lets me forget that
