Yet again the home help for my friend didnt turn up yesterday , shes been there 5 weeks and has turned up twice. When they phoned my friend to say the girl wouldnt be coming they told her that because shes cancelled at short notice they couldnt get anyone else this week so it will be ext Friday before anyone comes. This is via an offical home help agency.

So this afternoon Im going round just a quick run through with the hoover empty the bins and clean the bathroom and toilet ..
its the least I can do until they get their act sorted but she has phoned and told them not to send this girl again.

How can they think its acceptable to leave a housebound 78 year old with stinking bins and an unclean toilet for two weeks ?

I bet they dont have to put up with that sort of thing.

That is so wrong an unacceptable. Not only should they not send that individual again they should suspend of fire her. She has no compassion in a field where you need to have it.

I did see some bodysuits which I liked the look of yesterday but have to accept that I am no longer a teenager no to them

It has to be a big NO from me too though. I even go as far as always wearing a long top or skirt when I am wearing leggings for modesty. I suppose, for others, it is a case of 'where and when' though.
