Their broker told my broker to counter offer, I told my broker not the bother. How could they present an offer like that to me?

Then, we also got another offer from another couple, $50K over the asking price with a list of demands. The demands added up to over $130K.

I am sure they must linkedin me to check me out before making these offers, they could not possibly think I was that stupid.
