Not literally of corse, but i have a jumper it is made of 71.9% nylon and 28.1% acrylic.
It was super soft when i bought it but then as usual after a couple washes it wasn't so soft.
My OHs grandma can get any thing soft (aswel as make any stain dissapear) so i asked her to take it home and see if she can get it soft again.
When she gave me it OMG it was horrid, it was sticky, felt like horrible matted sticky horse hair, she put waaaay too much fabric softener in the washer and im guessing it doesn't take so well to it.
i asked her to put it on a rinse with nothing else on, she did and it was still the same. i have then took it home and put it on 2 12min washes and it is still the same!! this morning i put it in the washer with towels on a 12 min wash put it on the washing line and its still horrible and sticky.
what can i do?
ill just add that i put it on a cool wash at 30c OHs gran may have had it on a hot wash, could that ruin it?
