In 2014 Rolling Stone Magazine went on the offensive documenting a gang rape by 7 University of Virginia students at a campus frat party.

Unfortunately for the alleged victim, there wasn't even a party, along with other multiple miss facts.

Rolling Stone is recanting the entire story, far too late maybe.

Incidents like this trivialize the horror true rape victims go through.

So the question:

Should she be prosecuted for her "fantasy" allegations?

What about the permanent arrest records the boys now face?

Rolling Stone is facing a very serious lawsuit.

IMO

Prosecute her. The penalty to be plenty of community service.

Also that she should have a psychiatric report, and a commitment to follow through all mental health treatment prescribed.

She is messing about with women's lives. This cannot be swept under the carpet.

But she should be made to do a public apology to those falsely accused guys.

Demand their records be expunged, ( the US will not do that, they are marked for life)

And seek proper mental assistance.

I have seen real rape victims in our hospital.

One with her front teeth knocked out.

She needs to come forward about this.

I voted yes.

People got into trouble over it. She needs to be punished!

Anyone who lies about being raped should be punished somehow. And I agree.. she needs a psychological evaluation or something. You have to have some serious issues to make up such a lie...

I cried when I read it.
We are our own worst enemy sometimes.
Men's groups have forever complained about authorities always taking the girls story side.
And I always thought they had an argument.
Especially when it comes to consensual issues.
Now this psycho sets us back 20 years.
