I think everyone has to take into consideration their age and body shape when choosing clothes as well as personality and what you are going to be doing ( suitable clothes for the task at hand)
Personally Im not a fan of the hipster jeans , unless you are lucky not to have a gram of fat they just make muffin tops and I dont car how young or cute you are that is not sexy.. Its lardy and ugly. Ive seen older women in them and when they reached up and the tshirt and jean tops part...OMG its like uncooked dough rising up and spilling out of the waistband, and Im not talking about obsese women either just those who have a little extra in front.// As for the back of those low ride jeans YUK ..seeing shelf stackers in supermarkets bending/crouching down and giving me an eyefull of bumcrack makes me want to puke...
As for visible underwear theres a reason for the name... its for UNDER the clothes not on show to all and sundry.
Yes, those really tight jeans that are a little lower on the hips give me a muffin top, and I have always been underweight lol I imagine they'd be even worse now that I gained some weight.

I don't wear my tops tucked in, so the muffin look is not one I tend to do.
Another pet hate of mine is seeing elderly women in high heels. Actually any woman in high heels when they don't know how to walk in them.
They strut along like a duck... boobs way out front and bum trailing half a mile behind. The elderly ladies tend to drag their feet like little children in mummy's shoes, it's not glamorous it's not pretty wear shoes you can walk in.

I had a member of staff, who walked like that in flats. I don't know how she did it....
Fila Disruptors are always in style to me, but is there a time, in reality, when something simply goes out of style? Just curious.
Slip dresses, anyone ever pull one off? I want one so badly. They are such a 'do' for me, and I'm not even a skinny person!
Wear plaid if you want to go for the grunge look, OR where plaid if you like an open fire.
I used to wear loose-legged pants that looked like a grandpa would wear them. If you do that, do not wear a crop top with them. Tuck a shirt into the tops of the pants. And oversized sweaters, or button-up, oversized shirts nail the look.

She was a silly cow anyway.
People who use walkers do it and mums with buggys. Leaning way forward pushing at arms length as if the walker/buggy will bite them

I had to look up Fila Disruptors. I must be getting older than even I thought.....
I have a few slip dresses. I wear them with a cardi, or a tee shirt under them.
I still don't get how anyone can be comfortable wearing high heels?!
I've tried wearing them: they feel all wrong. I just can't walk in heels.
It's a mystery to me how you ladies do it!
Are they the most comfortable shoe to wear? Probably not but in most cases I don't find them uncomfortable. I have worn flats that have hurt my feet. It really depends upon the shoe.

I often find myself sitting around the house in them as I have forgotten to take them off. Just now for instance. lol I have just finished putting the groceries away and I am having a peach tea. I will take them off as soon as I finish, now that you have reminded me.
The same with me. Most of my friends always say they can't wait to get home and get out of their heels. Not with me. I never even think of it. I suppose sometimes I do but sometimes i don't.

I only wear shoes that are comfortable. I don't often wear heels though as the heel is normally smaller. I have some lovely boots but, when I wore them on a trip, I ended up walking several miles sightseeing and window shopping, wearing the heels heavily. Except for functions I like to be prepared for anything lol
I'm all about comfort myself. I try to get shoes that also can look good for many events, but I don't really own any HIGH heels. I know I've mentioned it before, but some of my fancier shoes only add maybe one inch. I'm okay with the height I am.
