When I was in school & waiting tables, a business man knew I was a struggling student and gave me a $50 tip. That was huge to me, & I always remembered it.
A while back we were going to this restaurant regularly and the young girl that always waited on us was a student. She was always nice and attentive, remembered us and had our bottle of wine, and chips and salsa for us as soon as we would walk in. So when she graduated we gave her $100. She was so thrilled, and it really made me feel good.
