Theres always threads on favourites, so i thought id do one on least favourites.
i can not stand peanut butter, the look, the smell the taste ergh!!
now i do actually like nuts, like peanuts but peanuts in chocolate is just wrong! i can handle it if its like little bits of nuts, like the outside of a forrero rocher. but not the whole nut inside!
i also can not stand cabbage, sprouts and leak! ew!

I'm not big on cabbage either, but I have grown to accept it more as I got older. I still would rather not eat it, though.

I hate brussels sprouts!!!

I don't like cauliflower. It's funny because I like broccoli, and broccoli has a stronger flavor.. lol

I also do not like eating tomatoes very much, but I like ketchup. I might eat sliced tomatoes on some things, but I'd prefer not to. Cherry tomatoes are my least favorite. I could never be the type of person to bite into a tomato like it's an apple.

I hated them too...but if you roast them on a grill, drizzle them balsamic they are yummy!

I always hate asparagus growing up but realized later it was b/c my mom only served these gross mushy asparagus in a can. When I finally had some steamed with some butter...wow, they were great!

I have tried brussels sprouts on numerous occasions, prepared in different ways, and I guess it is just not for me. My mom makes them, and she does them well, but I still don't like them.. even with bacon and butter, which are two things I love lol

More things... I don't really like too much is squash and pumpkin, but both can be "okay" to me in some things, but I'd rather not eat them. I wouldn't go out of my way for them.

Another thing... peas... I don't like peas very much. My mom used to make us peas and carrots a lot, and I would mostly just eat the carrots.

Oh yeah.. and that reminds me.. I dislike lentils lol and my mom used to make us soup with lentils in it quite a bit in the winter, and she even named it "Heather Soup"; I liked everything else in it, but I always left the lentils behind. I always thought it was funny she would name a soup after me that had something in it that I don't like lol

I ate like half pound of sushi before boarding a flight from Dulles (Washington DC) to California.
I was so sick they landed the plane in Tampa and took me off.
It turned out to not be food poisoning, but an allergic reaction to a creamed spinach roll.
To this day even the smell of some prepared spinach makes me nauseous.
I cannot spell it out how sick I was.
I absolutely could not get out of the bathroom.
I was soo embarrassed.

Speaking of dislikes. Many years ago, I started cutting the fat off of pork and lamb, despite really enjoying it. That was, of course, for health reasons.

Now ever so often I get the urge to just try a little bit, and you know what?

i do like pork, but its one of my least favourite meats, its how dry it is, its so hard to get it so its still juicy! we slow cooked poor chops the other day, they just fell apart but they were still dry to eat!! i hate fat or grisstle(sp?) on foods BUT i do love burnt fat on bacon and pork crackling. strange huh!
