Welcome to the forum, below are a few pointers to happy posting here.
The moderators are not the language police, but please keep your language clean, as it is not an exclusively adult forum. Please keep your language appropriate to the thread. There is some minor censorship for some of the more offensive words. Remember, unless you post in the member's only area, anyone who wants can read your posts. It is best to keep your identity anonymous, and make sure that you do not identify others by full name. Sometimes, it is all too easy to give too much detail away, and you could harm your family, your friends, your job as well as yourself.
This is a friendly place, on the whole, but people can and do express their opinions. Don't get upset by it, or take it personally, they are just saying what they think, which is an important part of a forum. Remember, members are only making suggestions, not issuing orders. Also bare in mind, that what is legal for some member's countries, is illegal elsewhere, so before you rush off to try an idea someone knows works well, check that you won't end up in prison for it!
To keep things tidy, please be sure to post similar/related content into one thread each instead of making many new threads. We can sort some for members when needed, but do keep that in mind when posting or before starting a new thread. We prefer to keep things a bit simple around here, and it makes it much easier to keep up with everything we need to mod if there are less threads to read through, hence the various "All things (TOPIC)" threads we have. If there is already a thread for it, then post in there instead of making a new thread. However, if you don't see a thread for a subject at all, make one thread regarding a topic you enjoy discussing a lot and post everything related in there. This also makes it so we'll have more active threads/discussions in less areas instead of a bunch of inactive or empty discussions, or things that simply get overlooked because of too many threads to read through.

Members can only post links and pictures after at least 5 posts. Spammers will be banned asap. Please help by reporting them.
For News and Politics/Religion threads, you must have 25 posts before you can join into these discussions, as we want to ensure the members who participate in these sections can behave themselves while mods are not active. These are the more heated areas where arguments can come about.
Remember, WOF is a diverse community of women, so you will be 'talking' to people from very different cultural, religious, and political backgrounds. If you are very unhappy about something, think carefully before you post an answer. Don't get involved in online arguments, it isn't worth it.
All new members will be placed into a limited access group until at least an introduction is provided for us to learn a little more about you. This is to help us determine you are a real person and not here to spam or advertise. Some information to provide can be a name or nickname, age, country, continent or state, hobbies, and so on! Post here to start: Introductions. You may also post in any thread in Be Our Guest to allow us to get to know you better!
Please note, men are allowed to join as guest members (Limited Access), but they must remain in the First Steps in the Community, including Be Our Guest, plus any sub-boards contained within. You cannot post in the Discussions boards or any Member Only areas, and it is best not to thumbs up any posts outside of where you can post. Feel free to start your own threads on any topic you like or post within a thread that already relates to a topic you would like to discuss. The guest threads will have a (G) in it or specifically mention being a guest thread, so members should be aware of this distinction before posting if they do not wish to post in the guest threads.
