sometimes I think how I do so many things with lack of energy all the time coming back after work starting cooking and cleaning at the same time with a little boy jogging over me,organizing next day stuff for girls including their school bags, and the moment when the kids are already asleep at least I need to take shower or get myself ready for tomorrow routine but having no energy. Is it ok when u r 28 and u get tired very quick? should a woman feel more energy at this age? I want to say that taking care of family working and be in a good shape at the same time is very hard for me I really need to take my time but hooow
The first question is always.. are you getting enough sleep? Then the next question is.. are you eating enough? Or having enough snack breaks? Sometimes your blood sugar levels can be dropping and you will lose a ton of energy! I feel like I'm going to pass out and "die" if I go a couple of hours without snacking on a little something, and of course, when I'm very busy I forget to eat a snack.
Aside from that, you could always see a doctor and get a professional opinion. There could be health issues that cause fatigue, so you may want to rule some things out if you feel it's a problem.
I have fatigue that is caused by health issues, so I don't know what it's like to have energy anymore!! lol all you can do is push through it... but give yourself enough rest and relaxation at the end of each day!
P.S. Off Topic: I hope you don't mind, but I moved the thread to a more fitting board category (the other was related to questions about the forum/website). If you'd prefer this to be in a more personal board, then let me know, I can move it to the Members Only board :-)

The first thing to do is to test your time spent sleeping. Go to bed 1 hour early. If you feel as usual in the morning then your sleep is enough for you. If you feel full of life, then you need to add that hour on, as it is really needed.
I would also try some extra iron pills. Women are normally right on the edge of iron deficiency, so a few won't do you any harm at all. Try that for a week.
Have a chat with your mum, did she feel like that when she was a young mum?
Are you depressed at all? That can cause it.
Finally, you do seem to have quite a heavy workload, and two kids are not easy either.
Cherry is absolutely right!! When I was that age, my blood tests would always come up with an iron deficiency. Also, my ob/gyn put me on prenatal pills, not b/c I was or wanted to get pregnant, but b/c they were high potency.
And heatherly is also right...you should eat several small protein/carb mix meals per day...and no processed food or sugar. That is what leads to crashing and tiredness. I know with 2 kids that could be difficult, but I am agreeing with heatherly....you would be amazed at how eating several small non-processed meals per day helps.
Thank you for reply girls Im having 3 kids not 2 generally I eat once at work and second time I eat after work bout 19:00 o'clock. I think you are right because all the time I have lack of sleep what makes me feel more inactive, and all that tiredness is cause of being in this state I know. last year I went to the doctor with my husband, the doctor seemed very professional really coz before we got the appointment my husband read all the info about him and he had best feedback from patients. The doctor said that nothing is wrong with my health its only Tiredness makes feel unhealthy, depressed with no energy, all you need he said is rest my body and mind as well. he gave a course of medical treatment and it had such great effect I still remember how better I felt after treatment. I had no worries or kind of tiredness anymore in my head or body. also after 2 months when I took my holiday my husband and me went to Egypt and I totally relaxed with my body or mind so it depends on doctors again and again professionals knows their job.
