ROFLMBO I used to make mine gay. And I'd make them woowoo. Or I'd make a family and name the others people I didn't like at work and I'd come from work and smack them around.  I had one where you lived with your mama and she bellyached at ya so I walled her off and she died.

I started playing The Sims 3 a little again the other night lol I have the travel expansion, so I made the one couple go to Paris and get engaged.. but then I made the adventurer ditch the guy and find relics. I also made them woohoo in public a bunch of times... they are celebrities or something, so everyone watched LOL

I kept making the guy make 'nectar' (wine) over and over.. and when they were at the nectary they drank nonstop and would get sick lol

Oh, did I tell you.. the name of my Sim is May Ba Leen xD Like Maybelline..

Anyway, she has some high-paying job, and she was living in a really nice, modern high-rise apartment, but then I made her adopt a dog, and her dog couldn't leave the apartment on its own.. so now I had to make them move into a house just so the dog can go outside lol plus, she is having children, so it will be more kid-friendly. Now there is also a place to put the nectar making machine for her obsessed husband LOL I wanted to see if I could grow grapes or something else so he can pick them and make nectar when he's not working as an actor.

What sucks is a lot of the pre-made houses in the game have terrible decorating inside. All the colors are so hideous to me... I kept building houses, looking inside, and then demolishing them because they were too ugly to fix. I don't have the time to make all those changes! Who would want some puke-green kitchen or bathroom? I gotta stare at their house all day lol

*knocks on the door...heatherly's husband answers* can i come play with your wife? lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update on my Sims... My game glitched and wouldn't let my sim travel anymore, and her lifetime wish was to max out her visa in every country. It seems that adopting a dog broke it... and maybe having children as well?? No idea what happened. Anyway, I changed her lifetime wish, and it's to raise 5 children lol but I have a feeling they will have more than 5 because both of the sims keep having a wish to have a baby almost every time they birth one. It's actually the husband who gets that wish first right after one is born lol he doesn't even have that as his lifetime wish, so what gives!? I'm going to max the house out I guess. I bet there won't even be any houses or apartments available for all these children when they grow up, so I will have to evict people lol

So far they have 4 freaking boys! I named them after the initials of the WASD keys LOL (I play a lot of games that use those keys) Their house was built for 2 boys and 2 girls, and they won't even have any girls. His sperm is broken!

Then one of the kids had an imaginary friend, and for some reason that imaginary friend made it so nobody could sleep in one of the beds. I deleted the bed and put in another one and it still wouldn't work in the spot near where the doll was. It was so bizarre. I then replaced it again and for some reason the imaginary friend is missing, no idea where they went. It's like they were deleted, but I didn't delete them. But now it looks like one of the other kids has a similar doll, so I guess they will get the imaginary friend next.. lol

THEN another bug... they have a water slip and slide thing in their yard, I tried to move it and it keeps telling me it is in use, but nobody is using it! So now it's just forever going to be there even if I wanted to delete it lol

I bought the seasons expansion, and now I have more stuff to do... and it's fun to have different weather and changes in the environment. My butler keeps raking all the leaves, and there is a lot of them lol she just spends the entire day doing that... and then my adult sims like to play in the pile of leaves (they do that on their own), the kids don't even do it. I'm going to make the kids go trick or treating next time I play. They are wearing alien costumes. OH, and by the way... an elderly alien woman visited my sim. She had a cane and hobbled around lol and then she vanished with a flash of lights when she became tired.

This is like talking a foreign language to me lol...

I am getting an education here. Now i just have to know if you have a gaming chair? Yes, I do know about them...

I have a desktop PC. Gaming laptops that are actually good are way too expensive. You can build your own gaming PC for way cheaper lol I have my SO to help me with that, though. I mostly just update the graphics card every so often, but I still buy stuff that is older but good enough. You also have to make sure you have enough RAM to play your games with decent performance, though.

As for disk space.. depends on the hard drive.. I have two lol one is nearly 300 gb (and it's about full), and the other is almost 1 tb (also kind of close to full considering how much space is on it). I only have about 111 gb free total, but that's because I'm a video game hoarder with a bad habit of never deleting games even if I'm done playing them xD

The Sims 3 does take up a good bit of space, but the newer games I play actually take up a lot more space.

heatherly if you have an acct with EA to download sims games and then you have to pay to go through Origin to run them is the EA acct. free or does that have a download and membership with it do you know?

I don't have a paid membership with Origin. You just need to use their app to launch the game, but it's optional to do some monthly thing with them. Not sure what you even get with it.

Once you buy the game, then you don't have to make any more payments aside from for expansions. You pay for an EA account?? I don't have one, but I also haven't played the 4th Sims, so not sure if that one has more requirements to get more moola out of you lol

That works, too.. or just buy games through them that uses their launcher already to make it easier. I prefer Steam anyway, and I really dislike how others tried to recreate what they had... so now so many people have their own game launchers and stuff, and it's annoying to have to download them all to play different games. They got greedy instead of just releasing their stuff on Steam lol

lol if you buy any dark games, then hopefully you can change the lighting and contrast. A lot of the games I play let me tinker with that so it doesn't have to be as dark.
