I'm looking on Amazon and they have what they call RENEWED Wii games. Meaning pre-owned. Some of those games they want $40 for. That's BS!
For used games... I'm not an expert but that sounds awfully expensive to me.
hell new their $50 or $60. most used ones are $30 which i think is BS. i used to go to the arena cuz their stuff is usually cheaper. but with COVID it's a no go. i put legends of zelda the princess something or other in my cart on amazon. it's $44 new.
I got me a Steam acct and downloaded their gaming thingy & bought realMyst cuz it's compatible with Win10. I need to see about getting more hard drive space.

Marci, it sounds like more and more that you are a serious gamer.
Not serious. I don't play them every day like I used to. I haven't touched the Wii in a while. I haven't played any Animal Crossing in so long I'll be lucky if the residents don't move. I have Homescapes & Gardenscapes online to play. The Homescapes had to be downloaded. Now this Myst game. I need to start playing my games again and spend less time chatting. LOL

Ever play any of the Age of Empires games? Or things similar? They can be fun sometimes.
No. Are they fighting games?
More like war games. You upgrade your cities and stuff and then fight armies. Try to become the dominant ones basically lol there's a few different game types like that.
haha, and with the virtual reality headsets these days... must be real fun lol I have watched a program that showed some of the 'toys' you can buy along with the VR game.
Ive never played a video game.. My daughter bought a wii (said we)?? and she showed me a thing where you did ski jumping but Ive never actually done any of those car chasing shooting killing things.

I did the golf on that. It was ok-ish.
I avoid video games as they are taxing on the thumbs and wrists. I need them for my job.
So I like the Harvest Moon games. I have Tale of two cities on my Nintendo 3DS and another called Story of seasons which is by another company but basically the same thing. The one I got for the Wii yesterday was Harvest Moon Tree of tranquility. Got it started after my shower. You basically farm and take care of animals and help the community to grow. They're kinda fun.

That sounds like a good non rapid thumb or wrist game.

Is there anything like that for a pc?
You could look and see. You might have to download something. Do you have a store on your computer like the Microsoft Store...Google Play. You can do a search for the games in your browsers search bar or on Google. Just type in Harvest Moon games for PC.

How many different systems do you have Marci?
Not nearly enough. LOL! If I had the money and my way I'd have them all! Play Station - XBox and the newer Nintendo Systems.
I have a regular Nintendo DS which I don't use anymore cuz the screen was too small. I have a Nintendo 3DSXL (bigger screen). My tablet which I have a couple Crush games on. A Wii. And the laptop. Right now on my Wii I have 3 Sims games, An Animal Crossing game and now this Harvest Moon game.

There are a lot of games that aren't fast-paced where you might just click slowly here and there and press some keys. So, it wouldn't be much worse than just browsing the internet and typing in emails. Definitely look into the options. Here are some I have played in the past that I thought weren't so bad for long play sessions, so it would be even better if you only spend a short amount of time.
Stardew Valley is one option, but there are times where you might fight monsters, though, so then you do click a little more then lol
Don't Starve (or Don't Starve Together if you want multiplayer) is another game kind of like that, but you might fight monsters even more.
Eufloria is a different type of game, but kind of relaxing and slower paced.
Life is Strange is not too fast paced.
Plague Inc lol this one is even on the phone I think.
Poker night at the inventory, if you like poker.
Civilization.
Reus.
In general, you might even have luck in the open world type of games if you are just exploring and wandering around. I have a lot of slow moments where I'm not doing much, but I am still enjoying my time. BUT you would also fight things here and there, but you can space it out and make it so you aren't doing a repetitive task on your wrist if you choose. Elder Scrolls Online is one I like, but I haven't played in a while.
I like the Simulation games like Sims and harvest moon types. There's no fighting. You're just basically living life. I had a city building game for a while. I liked it but I was having trouble figuring out how to build my town without everyone griping about where stuff was. LOL
