This will probably only be of interest to UK members.

The New Forest & Hampshire County Show is an annual event held at "The Showground, New Park, Brockenhurst, Hampshire, SO42 7QH."

This year the dates are 30th & 31st July and 1st August.

This is the official website with more details...... New Forest Show.

The events that are of most interest to us are the Equestrian.

I am sure everyone who attends will have a fabulous time!

I've been around the block myself: I love seeing new sights. I live in Northamptonshire so could take a train to Hampshire.

I shall have a think and see if my sister will be up for it!

It's a bit far away from me so unlikely but it's good to know. We have many of them here from the bigger county ones to many smaller events at local towns.

I would love the equestrian part of the show, too. My mum and I watched equestrian jumping often as I grew up. Both Mum and her mum loved horses, so I come by my interest in horses naturally - though I wouldn't say I love them as much as those two ladies...
