In The Woods: Bear or Random Man

A question that has been plaguing social media for the past couple of days. Men online seem distressed that a woman said she would prefer to spend her times in the woods with a bear than a random man. I pose this question to everyone here. Would you choose to spend your time in the woods with a bear or a random man?

A close personal friend family member told me that he would choose a bear over a random man. The thought process in this is clear for me. I would choose the bear. Why? Because you could study the behaviors of bears and their psychology to gain the necessary knowledge in how to evade a potential bear attack. If you were left in the woods with a random man, you would be unable to assess their intentions. Men in our society are raised with the goal of possessing things. Power, money, and women. Wives are seen as objects to be owned and tools to relieve any sexual discomfort. Bears, on the other hand, obviously do not have this mindset.

Any man in the know would choose the same. The men who are upset by such a decision are the very same men who are insecure. Refusing to let go of those toxic lessons from parents, as well as society, in order to better protect their ego.

So, yes, I would choose to be alone in the woods with a bear.
