Ha ha, too emotional? the British who are well know for the stiff upper lip are considered by many to be emotionally repressed.

Not sure about the Dutch they tend to be very open to the point of rudeness about many subjects..

Whats too emotional? Depends on the person and the subject I suppose.

I say that everyone is emotional because we have emotions and need to learn to live with them. When people are called "overly emotional" or "too sensitive," it's usually because they've called out another person's poor treatment... So, Person A doesn't want to admit they could have been kinder, and they just blame Person B for the whole thing by claiming Person B is too emotional/sensitive and might even also say they're crazy! Oy!

I like to balance my emotions with logic, so I'm not carried away with feelings and making poor decisions because of those feelings. I don't want to err to much on the side of being logical in the sense that it could make me appear uncaring or unfeeling about what's happening to myself and others.
