I loved "blurred lines".

But, I reckon the skill was not in the singer, but in the producer. It really is a masterpiece of placement of each and every sound, and note.

Dance that stick?

I like seeing people enjoying themselves dancing, if they are good dancers, and having a good time, so much the better.

I can see the art in that, wonderful synchronicity. I don't get sequence dancing though. I love seeing people just express themselves, by moving as the beat takes them.

Good or bad, just having fun, for me, lights any dance floor up.

I went clubbing in Sheffield one night. There was a young gay guy there. My god could he dance, all freestyle, and such a lovely mover. He was adorable, and just carried away with the music. I cannot describe how good he was, my language skills are not that fabulous.

He asked me to explain to his bf why he couldn't teach him how to dance, that was easy for me to understand, but the lad couldn't get it.

He was so modest about it too, I told him I had been to a few clubs with professional freestyle dancers, and I had never seen anyone dance like him.

What a great night that was.

My SO is an awesome dancer. She really can move. I got a lot of confidence from her.

It was she who pointed out, that my top half and my bottom half will move to different beats on one track quite simultaneously.

I just dance.

What's your favourite dance track?

I like the modern stuff best. Classics over the years that stand out are MJ - Billie Jean and Darude - Sandstorm.

Some older stuff is awesome too, Take Me to the River has a hypnotic beat.

oh, mustn't forget the Freemasons and Uninvited.
