I'm smacking our wristies because we're off-topic, but Section 8 was a great concept that has gone horribly awry. It was meant to take poor families out of bad areas and find homes for them in nice areas. They pay less than the rest of us do because a portion of our taxes go to support them. What it's done has been to turn those nice areas into bad areas because they bring that ghetto upbringing along with them. Sorry for being outspoken, but all my black friends on the street totally agree with me. OK. Tirade over ... back to music.
