what are you grateful for today?

We live where we do coz we bought a holiday home. We liked the area so much that we sold our original home, and our holiday home and moved to this area. 

Now we commute to where we used to live, to work.

I'm grateful for a quick visit with one of my older sisters yesterday.

So I gave my son and his wife a car for an early Xmas gift, this morning, he called me and invited us to spend one week in Geneva with them in February. I am grateful for such a thoughtful son.

I am grateful it'll be Monday tomorrow.

Thanks Cherry, my husband was surprise that they wanted to take us for a vacation

That the storm is pretty much over for us.

I'm grateful that I didn't stick my head in the sand and think I could get away with speaking English all my life.



The judge this afternoon complemented me on my Dutch. She had asked where my surname came from and I told her both my husband and I are originally English, she complemented me said that my Dutch was impeccable and that she thought my speech was eloquent.

Respect from me, too!
