Also, some people are not open-minded or interested in hanging out with a diverse group, many people prefer to be amongst like-minded individuals. It's just how some people are wired, I guess?
Me? I like diversity, too. It's interesting to see things from different perspectives and learn about different places and cultures. I like how we're all different, but yet we're all similar to a certain extent.. if you dig deep enough :-)

Right on target, Heather! It is so cool to exchange ideas with those from a different country and/or culture. We can learn from what they say and they can learn from us. I was going to mention mi amiga, Sally - but you beat me to it!
It would seem I have to admit to being rubbish at geography, or I forgot about Sally.
You are safe enough, Sally.
I just googled the Phillipines, it seems that they have now been moved away from America.LOL If no-one tells me, how am I supposed to know that?
Oddly enough, I remember grumbling when I started secondary school and was given a geography mark in the first year of 25%. The only other exam I failed consistently was french. Both memory subjects, of course, my weakest skill.
I just read up on them a little, quite fascinating.
In the first place, cobras are not rare.
The weather is tempestuous.
The people are very socially centred around each other, with social harmony being the desired outcome, and the people are generally very positive of the future.
Sally is certainly a bundle of joy.

It sounds like a lovely social system you have there, Sally.
Don't you worry about all the snakes though?

Hey Cherry...regarding people finding this place....when I google women only forum, or forum for women only...this place does not come up. Perhaps we need to add more tags so this place comes up, and perhaps add international women only forum on the front page.
I did like women from other countries posting...I found the legit ones interesting.
