And Instragram too, I suppose. I’m just wondering how many people here use these platforms and if they noticed their attention span worsening with extended use. This comes after watching a video of a young man who expresses why TikTok is bad, though it’s obvious too much of anything is bad, but it really got me thinking as someone who doesn’t really use short video media that much if this is something that only effects people who use or if this can apply to people like me who only view videos sent by friends without needless scrolling through whatever appears on the home screen.

I honestly feel like I do this as well only difference being that I tend to zone out getting lost in my thoughts as I sit there negligent to the world starring idly by as feelings of complete uselessness flood my thoughts wondering why I do this. I don’t even need a phone to do this as many criticize the younger Generation Z demographic. Yet a smartphone is practically where I socialize since I lack any companionship in my local sh*thole in the desert. If anything the one thing that could interrupt my thinking would be to glance down at my phone.
