I like it, I have an urge to have bubblelicious gum now. I could fit a whole pack and eat like ten pieces for max flavor.

There is also a pink medicine I used to get as a child for ear infections, it was like this color too.

It also tasted like bubble gum

Yes, the children here have flavored medicines too, or at least did the last time I was involved. I remember too well my early polio injections and later learning that children in later times had it on a sugar cube.

I'm sad to admit but as a grown adult, I had to ask to lay down once to get my shots due to my anxiety, I was so fearful, I'm ok now but .....

I'm sorry your middle one has to get a sedative, I like getting them honestly. When I was getting my two surgeries, they said "Ok, we're gonna give you something that seems like you had some shots in a bar, I was like, sure, give it to me doc, and as he put the stuff in the IV, in kid you not, in seconds, I was in heaven, I was so scared now feeling like a 10 year old kid walking in Disneyland.

it helps to know why they (teen) is scared, but if they are comforted and you give them some truth to ground them (laying down is a simple good truth too) that will greatly help, any little bit helps, shoot, if I was there, I would hold their hand
