what is your favorite color? (G)

I like purple, crimson, black, gray and only certain shades of blues.... not the bright kind. I like darker colors.

I have never understood the "What's your favourite colour?"

If I say "blue" should I be painting everything blue? Grass definitely looks best when it is green.

I like lots of colours.. reds purples greens. Not so keen on yellow or brown..

But the shade and the place the colour is used is very important to me.

I like all colours, I think But, you know what? I have a lot of blue t-shirts. My proper coat is blue. My hoodie jacket is blue. One of my smart casual jackets is blue. Blue, blue, blue.

"Do you like pinks/red more than blues?" ------ Dude, your question reminded me of the old days when society was obsessed with sexism in colours. Pink/red for girls and blue for boys. I can still see this stereotype among little children depending on how they are brought up and the mentality of the grown ups they are with. I like it when kids are just being kids and they pick whatever colour they like without the grown ups telling them which to choose. 

I used to have relitively simple favourites, like blue, red or green. When I was little my favourite was red.

My favourite varies quite a lot with my mood. Nowadays I prefer subtle tints rather than plain colours.

These days being arty I come across lot's of different availble 'tube' colours which are complex mixes of the primaries. Recently my favourite has been 'green gold' which is like a mixture of green and gold, but I am far more influenced by the subtle differences in the implementation of colours now. For instance, the 'green gold' is transparent so it's influence is tempered by any underlying hue whereas 'cadmium red' is generally an opaque colour and it's vivid red is striking, being little influenced by any underlying colour.

Isn't that the color of a cherry?

I'm a huge sucker for blue...

My math teacher was gorgeous in high school. Tall, blonde hair, and blue eyes

I had a boss in Hastings, I couldn't stand the bitch, which was why I left the area. She had themost fabulous shade of green in her eyes.

I was in her flat once, and she had just got a kitten. Cats always take to me, so we were playing a lot. At one point he got his claw stuck down the side of my fingernail. It was so painful I had to hold his paw firmly so I could carefully remove it. I had yelped and did again as I removed it.

A week later I was in clinic and she called in to tell me her cat had been run over and killed. She lived on the main road into town.  

She actually straight out asked me if I had done it!

She even added that it was only natural for her to think that after the cat had scratched me.

I was not amused and told her so.

You should have sorry because you were aiming for her but missed

I hate the fact that I want to say pink as it all seems so Barbie, but hey, it's pink!
