what do you think about pineapple and pizza?

I tried it once or maybe twice and it wasn't for me. I love pizza and I love pineapple but not together.

I'm a fan.

I dont mind fruit in main meals Pineapple features often in chinese meals as do rasins in Indian cooking.

Pineapple is not the most offensive thing when hot and when grilled it can be better than eaten fresh and cold.

There are limits though, my neighbour cooked for us once...(once was enough) she made chilli con carne although as she explained she didnt like spicy so there was no chilli in it and she didnt like ground beef so she used hot dog sausages cut into bits and then added sliced peaches instead of kidney beans... It was all I could do to keep from reaching for the sick bucket !

Im guessing so. But in these parts tosti Hawaii is popular, so is Hawaii burger and schitzel Hawaii...

Yum! I googled tosti Hawaii. So, it's Dutch! Interesting. I never knew that because eating sandwich with pineapple is so normal to me while growing up. 

To answer the thread question...

I grew up eating pizza with pineapple bits so, it's normal for me. I like it, no problem.

I often have a pineapple and ham pizza.

I used to eat Hawaiian pizza all the time, so I'm used to pineapple on pizza as a concept. However, I don't usually add it to other kinds of pizza. Now I'm thinking that the next time I do a barbecue chicken pizza order, it should have pineapple!

I also don't see why people make it into such a divisive question...

i don't eat hawaiian pizza but i love pineapple on my pizza. i'm having a sandwich and i'm gonna order pizza in a minute. thin crust pineapple and black olive and probably some breadstix with cheese and ranch to dip them in.
