Lots of reasons, blind, senile, disabled, stiff joints, stroke, copd, tremors, weak, arthritic changes, and lots of other health reasons, and besides that... those nails are up to an inch thick. You need specialised tools. Tools you can't buy in the shops.

It depends what you define as healthy food as they appear to have define foods which some groups would regard as unhealthy. Meat for instance. When I looked and tried to get any real details though, on their website, I was prompted to sign up before I get get anywhere useful. The front page is just covered with advertising blurb which is always a turn off for me. They seem heavy on the adverts which obviously someone has to pay for.
As I have mentioned before though, I prefer to cook my own recipes with fresh ingredients gathered locally as far as reasonable.
