Brocolli is nice in broccoli and stilton soup.

I like both though neither is my favourite veg. Kale is my favourite at the moment but I do change as time passes.

I like both, either raw or cooked/roasted. Broccoli ekes out in front of cauliflower, though.

Cauliflower into smaller florets. Rolled through a little olive oil that is nicely spiced ( i like curry flavours but chilli is good too) and then baked in the oven for half an hour absolutely gorgeous.

One of the girls at my works brought it to the potluck, she just seasoned it a little and microwaved it for 5 minutes, very tasty.

We do. We make it ourselves and mix it with coconut oil.

We use it instead of rice. Which is just dull.

I tried mine. It was good cooked but I also tried a piece raw. It was actually lovely and sweet. I may well try some more in a salad and see how it goes. I have only ever had beetroot cooked before.
