Still cloudy this morning but it is going to clear and be a nice day with temps in the upper 80s. Oh and we have our first tropical storm of the year, Arthur. Its a little early, the season doesn't start until June but this has been the norm the last few years...

Might be the norm for the rest of our lives. Even just a slight warming of the planet and oceans will cause higher frequency in storms.. and their strength.

Over here if you live in a low lying area it is best to have flood insurance which isn't covered by your regular house policy. It is offered by the government.
