i hate any word for a males parts, idk why, i wont say 'penis' though bcos thats too posh, and i think im waay too common to be ever classed as posh! depends who im talking about, if im talking about malakai i say his 'widge' but my OHs i say bits lol, im same with lady parts though, i hate words for them and again i wont say 'vagina' i again will either say bits, fairy, or flu lol

Cleaning and scrubbing can wait ‘til tomorrow For babies grow up we've learnt to our sorrow, So quiet down cobwebs Dust go to sleep I’m rocking my baby and babies don’t keep
and I know that we in the UK say it properly, when we say Maths.
HAHA!! true
speaking of this, i asked my OH the other day whilst watching tv.. 'you know like at school we have a lesson we call English, do Americans have a lesson called American?'

I say Math, but Maths does make sense, too, but we're not taught to say that here lol
We say "Math problems".. we wouldn't say "Maths problems".
What would you say when speaking about a singular problem/question?
"Do this Math problem", for example..
English is English everywhere =p I'm not sure what American would be because there is North America and South America and many different languages. There is American English at least lol

Well, pee pee or pecker for the boys is quite acceptable here,
except in the hospital were slang is prohibited.
Testicles is the proper way but we all say balls all the time.
We do say vag. instead of vagina pretty often, even the doctors say that.
But if we ever say tits instead of breasts you get frowns all around.

This will be fun because I'm going to throw more Aussie terms out there for you to see if they correspond to traditional UK slang. For example, do you ever say that you're going for a "walk-about"? And Cher, I already know that I'm nuts!

In Australia, a walkabout generally means taking a walk, sometimes a long walk. Happy Election Day. Which party did you vote for? And Cher, what do you think of the SNP?
I didn't get a chance to vote, I am in the other house today and am not registered for here, it didn't occur to me to ask for a postal vote, until it was too late.
Ironically I finally have a party to vote for, this has not happened for over 20 years.
I would have voted for the TUSC, even though they have no chance of winning anything, for at least I could have voted with my morals relatively intact.
I am an SNP supporter and always have been. They don't obviously campaign in England though.

I love you, Cher! Freedom is special, whether it happens in Scotland, Australia, here in the former colonies, or in any other place that yearns for it. I hope that you didn't mind my Mel Gibson quote.

Say what you think, love who you love, because you only get so many trips 'round the Sun. Smack my wristies because that should have gone on either the Music or Quotes threads. Before you smack me, tell me where that line came from.
