Do You Like Sleeping?

I often have a big supper. It makes me sleepy. It doesn't seem to affect me otherwise though, although I have always regarded supper as a main meal

I cannot remember the last time I napped on someone else's bed. I sometimes doze when I am a passenger in a car or on the train though.

I can pretty much doze while being a passenger in the car bit only if I am in the back seat.

I got up early today, so I will be having a nap on my sofa in a few hours time.

Slept in this morning.

I had a three hour nap this morning.

I hate that too..

I slept on my sofa yesterday from 11am to 6:30pm that same day. I must've been exhausted. Today I had a restless night. BUT I made the decision to stay in bed until 7am.

I do seem to be sleeping my life away: even my sister has commented on it.

They were on TV in my childhood. When you only had four channels and a massive, bulky, television set.

How old am I!!!

This isnt healthy. You should speak to your gp about it.

The thought of sleeping is just so appealing sometimes.

BUT I now know it isn't normal.

I think that's an old wives tale.

I had a lovely nap on my dad's bed today: I love my sleep and just needed to recharge my batteries.
