Do You Like Sleeping?

Early: so I ended up needing an hour's nap later in the morning. I am fine now.

It sounds beautiful. I seldom see it but it makes my day too

Back to 4:30 this morning.

06:40 today.

I am still recovering, so it was 8:30 this am.

I ended up having a three-hour nap on my dad's bed this afternoon: I was exhausted.

7:00

I slept in this morning. 4:45.

I got up early today at 4:00 to check on the weather.

We spent half of yesterday asleep.

My son and his partner had gone off for the day and OH and I only intended to sit for five minutes but we fell asleep and woke up two hours later,he also dozed while I cooked dinner and we were both tucked up in bed by 10 pm but I will say I feel better for it today, much clearer in my head,,

6:40 after about 3 hours kip. I woke up at 2:00, and was still looking at the clock at 4:15.

4:30 as usual.
