Your Plans For 2022

Doom and gloom is awful.

Maybe concentrating on myself and making my own part of the world better would make my outlook better. I certainly don't want to be depressed. Plus, I'm not likely to attract someone if I'm wallowing in misery! Still, I have my moments of weakness.

I totally missed this conversation in December! My plans for 2022 include writing and editing my own fiction/non-fiction, reaching out online through Facebook groups and other means, and continuing to teach social skills to my guys. I will continue to be cautious about in-person interactions so that I can stay healthy for my children, their education assistants, and my parents. And I hope very much that my plans to be more organised in my finances will work out! (Need the child support payments to actually be paid on time for that one, and 2021 didn't end well on that score...)

I am slowly getting back to normal and into the new year now. It will take a week or two. It's not often I use them now but writing cheques is always something I have to think about as it takes me a month or more to remember the correct year lol

I've been good about typing the right year so far... but writing it.. we'll see lol

By February I should get it right... lol....

It should be back to normal with me from now on although we still have some Christams provisions. It has helped that some things have been reduced in the shops. Mince pies at half price, for instance, even though they are still well in date.

My sister's next dental appointment is the day after mine: at the same surgery AND we are both having fillings.
