Beautifying Your Feet?

I'm leaving the foot beautifying to my pedicure lady these days. Had my first ever pedicure in September and loved it! I've gone back once and have another appt booked so that it's about once every 6 weeks at this point. I'm going to get spoiled!

The hands should be next, whenever I decide that could be added to my personal care portion of the budget.

Better to catch a desire for a pedicure than other contagious things.

I went in for a wellness pedicure, which I hadn't heard of before. My feet are healthier than I thought, but this will help improve them.

Am I living in the dark ages but I have no idea what a wellness pedicure is? 

They are not expensive, and very relaxing. Yes, I have tried one.

We do have a couple of them around the area and this one is the closest and looks better than the others.

I had never heard of one either. I think it's basically just that the pedicure lady assesses the health of the feet and nails, and can give tips for anti-fungal treatments and problems like that. Plus she does a spa-type pedicure with all the pampering included. I love the paraffin dip!

Oh, I thought you were talking about an actual spa..lol... I do have one of those and love it.

I LOVE that foot bath a_muppet. I could use one myself!

Anyhow, last night I removed dead skin from my feet with my electric pumice device. I then used foot cream and soft, fluffy socks. I also cut my toenails regularly and clean my feet daily, in the shower. But I still want that foot bath: Amazon has my name on it!

The electric one is much easier and faster than a manual pumice stone. It does cost extra - and does need batteries replaced once-every-so-often - BUT it does a much better job and saves an aching wrist.

If you receive an electric pumice device for Christmas, don't discard it: use it! You won't regret it.

Not that expensive either. I must try this.

I ordered one from Amazon yesterday.

It's coming in tomorrow and i will try it out tomorrow night.

I'm just sorry that I waited so long to get one.
