A bit worn. I have had a neck and should ache for a few days now. I don't know where it came from, and oddly for me, it did not come with a headache...
Tired again. Doggy woke us up... then I had trouble falling back asleep for a while because I felt hot.
My brain is working much slower today. I already caught myself about to make a mistake at work lol but minor.. it wouldn't have been a big deal either way, but I was forgetting things I normally don't forget!
i'm feeling good this morning. I had my doctor's appointment yesterday and everything looked good.
I went to the doctor on Tuesday!
Today... I don't feel well again. Just feeling kind of sick all week from not sleeping well I guess.
My labwork came back okay, though, so I can stay on the same dosage pretty much.
BUT... omg, the lab company charged me $408 for just a thyroid panel! I'm self-pay, so I don't know why they charged me the amount they would if billing insurance. I am NOT paying that much for a test that is generally three times less than that.....

My husband and I disagree with each other a lot lately. We have know each other for 15 years now, married for, 7 dated for 8 but lately , the disagrements happen on a weekly basis just about everything. We are not fighting or screaming/yelling..never and nothing like that but all these disagreements kind of made me realize how different we are.

Apart from covid I'm sure all the house issues cannot be helping. People do change over time a bit too. It's sometimes realising that and adapting.

If you are arguing, one thing at a time, it may be nothing to worry about. Just today's pressures, there are plenty about.
If you are arguing, then bringing up previous arguments, then it may be time to worry.
I hope it all settles, and it will, if you both really want it.

You can always dispute, Healther.
I called today and got it sorted. They still increased the prices of the tests I get done (nearly double what I have had through another lab my doctor was using before), so that's a bummer, but it's still far less than what they attempted to charge me. They did say I was not put down as self-pay, which is what I assumed.

Would it make any difference if you put down Self-Pay?

Thanks Cherry, I would never bring up things happen in the past each time we fight. He actually apologized to me on Saturday morning.

Yes, they give a discounted rate if you are self-pay because there's no insurance to cover the majority. I'm still paying more than I would if I had insurance (although, monthly cost of insurance is more than just going to the doctor and having labs a few times a year).. but they were going to make me pay the amount insurance + me would be paying. Once I called they gave me the proper self-pay rate.
My doctor's office forgot to say I was self-pay (or the lab overlooked it), which is strange because it's in my patient portal and it was all over my actual doctor bill when I went in.

Im not eligable for a flu jab via the normal list so I rang my GP and arranged for one to be done privately. Cost is only about €25- but with OH and my two old people being very vunerable I dont want to chance it.

Why aren't you eligible? Everyone here can get them for free and the pharmacist or grocery store.
