I feel really good right now, Milwaukee Bucks just won the championship after 50 years . They deserve it, they are from a working class community, their Power Forward Giannis Antetokounmpo is from Greek and his parents are from Nigeria, he moved to this country 9 years ago and has been with the Bucks since. A real heart warming story.
I'm feeling excited normal aches and pains not withstanding.. But my balloon flight looks as if it will go ahead this evening I'm charging up the camera batteries and making sure that everything is in order so that I can get some good photos.

I have a fear of height except when I am in an airplane.
No such problems here. I have an obsessive love of climbing towers. I climbed a mountain when I went to Ireland 2years ago and Ive promised my granddaughter that I will take her zip lining next time she comes to visit...

Another thing I can do regardless of height is indoor rock climbing because I don't need to look down when I climb.

Zip lining I do fancy.
You should try it it's good fun. I've done it a few times but my granddaughter never has and my son is too chicken to do it with her.. I think it would be a great bonding experience for her and me.
I did the pepsi max run in Blackpool just after it opened, I loved it. The friend I went with refused to open her eyes and just went around the entire ride shouting every few seconds "f**k"!
Believe it or not, she was from a posh private school.
The only rides I don't like are the spinny-around ones.
No I don't do funfairs... I was at Battersea the week before the big dipper went off the rails And OH has an engineering background he didn't help when he explained how these things were held together, that put me off for life.
I have been stressed a lot lately, and I have been trying to work on that. I decided to start listening to music when I work to see if it will improve my mood, and so far it seems to be helping the last two days. I think I'll keep doing it. So far I have mostly been listening to my station that has classical-type music... I think that one is easiest to mindlessly listen, but I also have a station called "chillax" with mostly instrumental songs that aren't too crazy, but some do have lyrics, which can be distracting.

I always had my music on when I was in my office. In clinic, I like radio as background, so I can chat with the patients.
At home, I tend to have it on unless I am on the laptop.
Also, I swear I'm chronically mildly dehydrated still. My fingers look almost shriveled every day aside from when I make more effort to drink water... I am going to try drinking more water first thing in the morning to see if it helps with the fatigue. I read it could maybe make you feel better especially after going so long without any water after sleeping. I have that bad habit of sipping a little to swallow my pills and such in the morning and then going hours (or almost all day) without much else because I'm busy working.. then I try to catch up later in the day. I have gotten better I think, some days at least, but I can't seem to keep up with it and then fall back into my bad habits.

I was almost the opposite at work in that I had umpteen coffees or teas during the day. Very occasionally I had caffein overload although luckily I wasn't really affected, as far as I could tell. I just seriously had to plan stops when travelling though. One thing a friend I knew in my teens did was drink a cup of warm water every evening just before bed. Her mother had brought her up with it saying that it helped her complexion. I did try it and it seemed helpful but it didn't fall in with my lifestyle so fell by the wayside. Would it be helpful?
Very tired today. Thank goodness I don't have too much to do.
I get these waves of exhaustion every 3 or 4 months I know that I just have to ride it out and it will pass but feeling as if you constantly need to go to bed/sleep is not a nice feeling.

There area lot of water myths. Fact is, that you should drink enough water to prevent being thirsty. That's it.
