I slept through the whole night without waking. That is extremely rare for me.
Did you do anything different before bed?
As far as I can tell, no. But I am not complaining. I had another good nights sleep, not the whole night without waking but still better than what I consider normal for me.
I have had funny mornings in the last day or two. I have woken up tired at around six or six thirty then decided to rest and fallen asleep again with long pleasnat dreams only to wake up fifteen minutes later. I have always found it funny how the brain's time can run exact to real time yet have it's own perception of time which can run at a vastly accelerated speed yet seemingly in synchronisation with reality. From an experience I had in my teens it seems like it can do the reverse too, runnig things in apparent slow motion, giving time to react.
This example was from when I was with our group and the lads were riding motorbikes around a grass field. I had a go on one and was riding round quite fast and the wheels slid and I fell off. As the bike and I were falling I was aware that my foot was being trapped underneath the bike as it fell. It seems impossible but I had the time to decide whether to fall with the bike or slide my foot out of my shoe as it was being trapped. I sensibly chose to do so and rolled away from the bike. It must have happened in a second or two but in my realisation of time it seemed ages and I had plenty of time to decide. I am not sure whether it was the shock of the accident or the realisation but I thought about it for days and still remember it well.

Time does wax and wane when asleep. My ex woke me up once by touching me there. It gave me an unpleasant dream that seemed to last quite a long time, but did wake me up.
When I asked him how long he had been touching me, he replied "Seconds."
Still not sleeping well with the cpap and pretty annoyed about it. I don't understand how going from sleeping like crap to not sleeping at all is supposed to be better for me.
I felt raring to go this morning so I checked the car over , early on, then to Saturday pampering
And what is that pampering Jen?
It varies but includes washing my hair and an all over wash / bath / shower as a minimum. Yesterday I cut my fringe as it was getting bothersome, in my eyes. Before my old hairdresser retired Saturday morning was my usual day to visit. I often tidy my nails and any hard skin on my feet. Really it is just the time I put aside to relax and think about my body..
