Cold! Booboo is being taught his next step of toilet training. We have taken away his toilet mat, and left the french door open for him to come and go into the garden as he pleases. It seems to be working.
Years ago, a coworker told me he trained his dogs to go in a specific spot in the yard by placing the newspaper outside (like one would do indoors).

I am tired but happy: I have been busy all day. I ate out for lunch with my sister. We also stopped off at a local cafe for a cup of tea. I ate dinner at the house that my dad had prepared. I was driven home and went straight onto my computer. I've done my life admin, too and have enough money to pay all my bills tomorrow morning.
I'm feeling pretty good for a Monday morning and the work week ahead of me.
We have a bank holiday today in the uk. It's called May day.
Not that I get it of course.
I may well be wrong but it seems a communist thing to me. I always think of hordes of Russian tanks and troops circling round the block in front of a moustached dictator
May day is known as the day of the worker in many countries. In Nederland we had last week 27 April the kings birthday with many people free.. This week 4 May is remembrance day and May 5th liberation day.. liberation Day is always celebrated and every five years it's a major celebration.

I feel good today. I've done a LOT of cleaning and have paid all my bills. I still have plenty of money left over, too. I also had a wonderful shower and shave today.
I have not been feeling well lately, especially in the evening, I feel there is a ton on my chest. Also, regardless of how much I eat, my weight can't go higher than 111 but then most of the time, I don't have appetite at all. I can't believe my health is going down so fast.

Sounds vey worrying. I trust you are consulting your doctor?

I hope you start to feel better Annie and as Cassis mentioned. I hope you have brought this to the attention of your doctor.

Definitely see your doctor over this. It could easily be heart trouble. Are you complaining of indigestion, breathelessness or heartburn at all?

I already saw my doctor twice including a gastro specialist but they said nothing unusual. No indigestion and heartburn, short breath sometime.

Thanks Cassie, my doctor is right down the street from my work place so I have seen him twice in the last 4 weeks. Nothing unusual, that's what he said.
I haven't been feeling too great for over a month now. I keep having episodes where I feel like I'm going to just fall asleep (extreme fatigue hits suddenly), especially when at the dinner table, but it also happens at random other times of day, such as when working.
Nothing seems to really help. I'm drinking water, eating snacks.. I get up and move around, do a little exercise... it seems to perk me up slightly for a brief moment but goes right back to the feeling of needing to nap. I'm going to cut back on some vitamins to see if any of them are the culprit (maybe getting toooo relaxed from anything that helps with stress).. I know I do tend to run low with my blood pressure, so IDK if something is making that worse for me.
I also don't know if it's just from staring at a bright screen all day because I'm not allowed to add any blue light filters to the work computer.... or some hormonal issues... thyroid.. blood sugar (but glucose is usually normal on tests, aside from one time it was low after I drank a bunch of water beforehand)!? I've been trying to be better about my dehydration, and this symptom seems to be getting worse, so I've also thought maybe I need more salt now! AAGHH.. too many possibilities.
I'll bring it up with my cardiologist, as I see him on Tuesday for my echo; maybe I'll have to get more tests done.

I must admit my energy levels have dropped since I dropped caffeine. Have you changed your diet at all?

Not really, aside from upping B vitamins to a full dose slightly more recently, as I was taking half before.. and drinking more water! lol I've stopped the B vitamins a few days ago, but no change yet. I read too much of certain Bs could actually cause the same symptoms of being deficient.. isn't that so convenient.... xD
Everything else has been the same for months without any issues, but doesn't mean it isn't just now hitting me with whatever this is. All I know is that I don't like it, and it's kind of scary.
Other things to rule out could be sleep apnea... or even narcolepsy (someone in my family had that). Grr..

Heather, I hope you feel better soon and can get to the bottom of your issues. I'm far from being an expert on medical conditions so all as I can suggest is seeing your doctors to see what is going on.
