I haven't been feeling well, as usual... I might feel a little better today so far, though... I was feeling headachy and nauseous the last few days otherwise. Today, I am mostly just tired.
I've been having better sleep this week. I think the lemon balm I was taking for stress was making me sleep less hours. Really weird lol I take it in the mornings, so not sure why it would be messing with me by bedtime. I usually am not sleeping until nearly 1 AM!

Lemon balm for stress? Is that just lemon essence?

Usually I pair it with lavender. Only standardized versions of both so you know the amount you are getting. The combo in particular has been proven to work nearly as well as medications.

Thanks, I will forward that on.
The lavender brand I use is "CalmAid" and the Lemon Balm is a Vitacost brand (one of the few that had a standardized amount). Hopefully you can order those as well.. I get the lavender from amazon and the lemon balm from the Vitacost site directly.
They can kind of knock you on your butt... it can hit you heavily and make you sooo relaxed, so sometimes it's better to have at night instead of during the day, unless you really need it.

Is it the capsules, or the tea leaves that you use?
At the moment feeling ok.. We had a nice walk today and I slept well.. Although I did dream that our town was being eaten by lava flow from a mysterious vulcano !

Capsules... I know some use tea with benefits, but I haven't tried it. May be harder to know the exact amount you are getting that way.
The only thing I'll mention about it is that it can affect the thyroid as well (maybe to go hypothyroid [not sure how much one would need to take for that], but I have hyperthyroidism, so I don't mind if mine goes down lol), so it may not be something one would want to take all the time indefinitely.. or at least without checking thyroid levels every now and then.

Good. I was able to give my daughter a nice Easter gift. At Christmas her central heating boiler went up the creek so we lent her the money for a new one.
Looking at finances yesterday we found we have enough.
So OH and I decided to gift the boiler to her. We wrote off the debt.
