It takes me like 3 days before the soreness goes away after a good exercise lol but I work out every other day, so some days it's torture to use the same muscles.

Are you lifting weights Heather?
Yep! That and even just body exercises without weights at times, depending on how weak I am in an area lol then I add some weight.

That's awesome Heather fair play, resistance training is supposed to be so benefiical to your body. I wish I could do it but I get bored with weights. I know a lot of people feel same way about cardio !

I like weightlifting more than cardio, but I get some cardio and endurance training with the weightlifting when I up the reps and sets. I change up the routine and such every few months. I pretty much only like walking outdoors as my other form of exercise, but we also have a rowing machine, which a lot of people seem to like.
I decided to stay home today. I feel terrible, upset tummy and cramps.
That is awful, kjay: I hope you feel better soon.
I am feeling good. I've done some cleaning, as you do.
Oh: I have decided to take up exercise. This includes walking and Tai Chi. I may also dabble with an exercise bike. It won't take overnight but - in time - I will get fitter and more healthy. It'll be an ongoing process, though.

I am feeling more positive about the future and every day: I have my exams in June. I am going to a nightclub with friends in April. I am - fingercrossed - having a book published. I am going to resume my social group. I am going to socialize more with my good friend, Frances.

Feeling pretty good today, trying to let little irritations go and be open to solutions for all sorts of things. Being grateful will go a long way, too.
I have just typed out my thoughts on my brother who died last year. We are spreading his ashes, and having some sort of a service for him in a couple of weeks.
He was so young, and full of life. Not even 60. His daughter is only 3. I have never seen her, and probably never will. He lived in Las Vegas.
