Thankfully I haven't fallen asleep at work yet. But I am so careful about having an early night the night before. I will go to bed super-early. But I do enjoy my sleep. However - that being said - I don't want to sleep ALL the time.

I was wondering whether being at work actually improved things, hence whether if you were in full time work, would that be the answer?

A bit grotty this morning. It started yesterday afternoon. For some reason I often feel very grotty on a Sunday afternoon. Some years ago I used to think it was the wine I drank at lunch time but I don't have any alcohol all day now on a Sunday and still feel the same. I then got to thinking that it was because I ate too much but I usually have a much larger meal when I cook on a Tuesday and feel very well after it. Now I am getting to thinking it may be that it is that I eat meals which are different on a Sunday (in content). I just cannot put my finger on it
