I have to get back into lifting my 5 lb. weights. I also have 10's, but I'll start with the 5's. When I did it before it reduced any flabbiness in my arms and strengthened them.
After the debate on push ups in the last forum. I added three onto my routine every [most] mornings, well it was all I could do. And now?
Still on three.
I thought I would have progressed by now.
Us busy women need to fit in our fitness routine....while you are waiting for something to cook..take 2 steps back from the counter, put your hands on the edge and do several semi vertical push up.
When getting something from the lower shelf in the fridge...do a squat as oppose to bending over.
